FOSTERING INNOVATION

Innovation is one of the central axes of our sustainability strategy. We want our new launches, and our customers' new products, to contribute to having a regenerative impact on the industry and the environment.

In 2021, Selenis created the Innovation Task Force. This team is made up of different people from our group, belonging to different departments, who, due to their experience and insights, are extremely valuable in deciding which lines of innovation we should focus on.

The Innovation Task Force has its origin in the innovation seminars that took place throughout 2021, and which were attended by change agents from the entire group. These meetings consisted of workshops and presentations on what it means to be a regenerative company and the principles of regeneration.

8 workshops
14 experts from production, quality, environment, sales and management
More than 10 ongoing projects related to recycling, circularity, improving process efficiency, and reducing environmental impact
